How to Enrol

Follow these simple steps to enrol your child.

1. Check your school zone

Visit findmyschool.vic.gov.au to check if you reside within our designated neighbourhood boundary.

2. Prepare required documents

Gather your child's birth certificate, immunisation history statement, and proof of address.

3. Complete enrolment

Submit your enrolment application through the VicStudents portal or collect a physical form from our office.

4. Contact the school

If you need support with the process or are applying from outside our zone, please contact our office.

5. Attend transition

Once enrolled, your child will be invited to attend our comprehensive Foundation Transition Program.

Required Documents

To complete your enrolment application, you will need to provide copies of the following documents. Please ensure you have these ready before starting the process.

  • Birth Certificate or Passport
  • Immunisation History Statement (from Medicare)
  • Proof of Address (e.g., utility bill, lease agreement)
  • Medical Information (e.g., Asthma or Anaphylaxis plans)
  • Visa documentation (if applicable)
  • Court Orders (if applicable)

Transferring Schools

If you are planning on moving to or moving from Cranbourne South Primary School, please contact the office as soon as possible on 9782 2999

Transition from Year 6 to 7

  • Locate your local school for 2027 and other secondary schools at www.findmyschool.vic.gov.au
  • Complete the Application for Year 7 Placement 2027 form that will be sent home with each Year 6 students and return it to your primary school by Friday 8th May 2026.
  • You will receive written notification of your child’s Year 7 placement for 2027 on Wednesday 24th June.
  • Return the Year 7 Placement Acceptance Slip by Tuesday 11 August 2026.
